His passion for Clinical Massage Therapy and Acupuncture started immediately after retiring from the Canadian Military in 2014, following a severe motor vehicle accident his focus became on healing himself which led him to discovering the beautiful world of healthcare. From a Vehicle Technician to a Body Mechanic, he has found his purpose and passion in life

Mostafa embarked on his journey to become a Healthcare Practitioner. Following graduation from Massage Therapy, he continued education in Neurokinetic Therapy, Acupuncture / Electro Acupuncture to further build a solid foundation of knowledge, helping his patients with pain and dysfunction. His aim is always finding the Root of pain for long lasting results, rather than treating the symptom with only momentary relief.

Harry is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about helping others perform at their best. Originally from Nova Scotia, Harry moved to Orléans and now practices in the area. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys playing video games, spending time with his dog Violet and cat Bruce, and continuing his education to stay current with the latest techniques in massage therapy. He is a graduate of the intensive Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College (Class of 2024), bringing a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and understanding of the body’s mechanics. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Trios College Ottawa (formerly the International Academy of Applied Health), following a background as a Personal Trainer and an intern with a collegiate-level Strength & Conditioning team.

My treatment philosophy focuses on helping reduce pain, manage stress, and improving overall quality of life. I use a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, fascial therapy, and active soft tissue mobilization, tailoring each treatment to your individual needs.

Outside the clinic, I have been competing in powerlifting since 2019 and enjoy staying active in the gym. In my free time, I enjoy 10-pin bowling, trying new foods, and learning new skills.
