Lindsey’s passion for helping people led her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She graduated from Algonquin College’s three-year Massage Therapy program in 2017 with a pronounced level of experience in post-surgical scar manipulation, TMJ dysfunction & Pregnancy Massage. She also studied and practiced many of the traditional massage techniques, including Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. Lindsey is also trained in Cupping for Manual Therapy. She received her training through the Cupping Revolution endorsed by the Meridian Centre, in June of 2018. Lindsey strives to obtain and maintain client’s massage goals, to improve overall quality of client’s physical and mental health. Lindsey prides herself in her commitment to providing optimal client centred care. She is devoted to her work, by continuously researching modalities associated with conditions, to reach client’s goals and to optimize their treatments to improve their physical and mental health. If she’s not working, you can catch her Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights watching her favourite football team.

His passion for Clinical Massage Therapy and Acupuncture started immediately after retiring from the Canadian Military in 2014, following a severe motor vehicle accident his focus became on healing himself which led him to discovering the beautiful world of healthcare. Mostafa embarked on his journey to become a Healthcare Practitioner. Following graduation from Massage Therapy, he continued education in Neurokinetic Therapy, Acupuncture / Electro Acupuncture to further build a solid foundation of knowledge, helping his patients with pain and dysfunction. His aim is always finding the Root of pain for long lasting results, rather than treating the symptom with only momentary relief.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Harry moved to Orléans and now practices in the area. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys playing video games, spending time with his dog Violet and cat Bruce, and continuing his education to stay current with the latest techniques in massage therapy.
